It generates designs with Dream AI, renders mockups in bulk, writes listing copy with Vision AI, and bulk-publishes in batches of up to 120 products. It is a seller platform, not a marketplace: you publish products to your own shops on Etsy, Shopify and other channels, and bring your own traffic.

Who Is MyDesigns For?

MyDesigns is built for Etsy, Shopify, WooCommerce and TikTok Shop sellers who want to move from idea to live listing as fast as possible, at volume. It is a strong fit if you:

• Design in bulk and need mockups, Vision AI listing copy and batch publishing in one account
• Sell physical POD apparel or home goods and want fast, competitively priced US fulfillment

Dream AI and Canvas

Dream AI is MyDesigns' built-in image generation tool. It supports multiple image models so you can choose the style that fits your niche. Prompts go into Dream AI; the output lands directly in your MyDesigns library, ready to place on products. The Canvas editor lets you adjust layouts, add text, and layer elements without leaving the platform.

Paid plans include AI credits each month: 250 on Starter, 600 on Pro, and 2,000 on Pro Plus. The Free plan has no AI credits - you can use Canvas and upload your own designs, but Dream AI and Vision AI require a paid plan. The pricing page currently says "every plan includes AI credits" in reference to paid plans; the fact sheet shows none for the Free plan. Bulk Mockups

Mockups are where MyDesigns saves the most time at scale. You can generate product images from pre-built templates, or upload your own PSD files to use as custom mockup templates. Video mockups are supported for listings that allow video previews. Rendering runs in bulk, so a batch of 24, 48 or 120 products can all get mockups applied before you publish - without touching each one individually.

Bulk Background Removal, Upscaling and Vectorizing

These image processing tools run on your design files before they go on products. Background removal strips backgrounds from PNG files. Upscaling increases resolution for print-ready output. Vectorizing converts raster images to SVG for sharp scaling. All three run in bulk, not one file at a time.

Vision AI: Listing Copy at Scale

Vision AI writes Etsy titles, tags and descriptions for each product in your batch. It generates copy tuned to each platform's format - an Etsy title looks different from a Shopify product description. This replaces hours of manual listing work per batch and reduces keyword errors on high-volume catalogs.

Scout AI (Pro and Pro Plus Only)

Scout AI is MyDesigns' product research tool. It is not available on the Free plan or Starter. On Pro and Pro Plus, Scout AI helps you identify what is selling, spot opportunities in your niche, and avoid oversaturated categories. If product research matters to your workflow, account for the Pro plan minimum when you budget.

Bulk Publishing and Multi-Product Publishing

MyDesigns' bulk publish feature lets you push a batch of products to Etsy, Shopify, WooCommerce or TikTok Shop in one run. Batch sizes by plan: Free 4, Starter 24, Pro 48, Pro Plus 120. Multi-product publishing means one design can go on a shirt, hoodie and mug in a single flow - without repeating the process for each blank.

Listing Management and Bulk Editing

Once products are live, you can edit listings in bulk: update prices, descriptions, tags or images across many listings at once from inside MyDesigns. Changes sync back to the connected shop, so Etsy listings update without manual re-entry.

Import and Sync

Import and Sync pulls your existing listings into MyDesigns from a connected shop. This is useful if you are migrating from a manual workflow or from another tool and want to bring your existing catalog into MyDesigns without starting from zero.

Digital Products

MyDesigns supports digital product listings alongside physical products. You can create and publish digital downloads to Etsy and the MyDesigns Store from the same account you use for apparel and home goods.

Order Management, Trademark Checks and Prepaid Wallet

Incoming orders from all connected shops appear in one order dashboard. You can review, approve and track fulfillment without switching between Etsy seller central and a separate POD portal. MyDesigns includes a trademark check function to flag potential issues before you publish a design. The prepaid wallet lets you deposit funds to cover production costs, which simplifies high-volume order management.

Channels

MyDesigns connects to Etsy, Shopify, WooCommerce and TikTok Shop. It also includes the MyDesigns Store - your own branded storefront hosted on mydesigns.io. You can connect a Printify account to access Printify's print provider network alongside 240 Express products.

240 Express Fulfillment

240 Express is MyDesigns' contracted print partner. When a customer places an order on your connected shop, MyDesigns routes it to 240 Express automatically, sends the print file, and tracks production and shipping back into your order dashboard. Production runs 2 to 3 business days. The print technology is DuraSoft - 240 Express's proprietary DTF-based process. It produces soft, flexible prints that resist cracking and fading. According to the 240 Express docs, it works on virtually any fabric and handles detailed, colorful artwork better than standard DTG.

MyDesigns Limits

Every platform has trade-offs. Here are the ones that matter most for MyDesigns:

Scout AI is Pro and Pro Plus only. If product research matters to your workflow, the Starter plan does not include it. Budget for the Pro plan minimum.

The Free plan is limited. Four products per batch and no AI credits means the Free plan is a learning tool, not a production setup. Dream AI and Vision AI require a paid plan.

MyDesigns Store fees. If you sell through the built-in storefront, the platform charges a transaction fee on every sale: 6% (Starter), 4.5% (Pro), 3% (Pro Plus), plus payment processing of 3% + $0.25. You bring your own buyers to this storefront.

Learning curve. MyDesigns covers more ground than most POD tools, which means more to learn upfront. First-time users typically spend time in the documentation before the workflow feels fast. The payoff is higher throughput once it is set up.

Physical product catalog. 240 Express covers core apparel SKUs - Gildan, Next Level, Comfort Colors, and Bella + Canvas - plus home and living. It is narrower than Printify's 2,000+ product catalog. For unusual blanks, you can connect a Printify account.

Who Should Use MyDesigns

Strong fit:

• Etsy, Shopify, WooCommerce or TikTok Shop sellers who publish 20+ products per month and want to stop building listings by hand

• High-volume sellers who need batch sizes of 48 or 120 products per run

The combination of Dream AI, bulk mockups, Vision AI listing copy and batch publishing from $19.99/month billed yearly is not matched by any single competing platform at this price point. 240 Express base prices are competitive: a Gildan 64000 at $7.95 (Free plan) or $7.31 (Pro Plus) sits $1.68 to $2.32 below Printful's public price of $9.63 on the same blank.

The limits are real - Scout AI is Pro and above, the Free plan has no AI credits, and MyDesigns Store fees apply to direct sales. Those are reasonable trade-offs for what the platform replaces.

If your bottleneck is going from a folder of designs to live, SEO-optimized listings on Etsy or Shopify, MyDesigns is the platform to try. Start on the Free plan, move to Starter when you need AI credits and larger batch sizes.
