Questions
What is Merch Titans?
Merch Titans is a desktop app for Windows and macOS that uploads your print-on-demand designs to Amazon Merch on Demand, Printify, Printful, Redbubble and TeePublic in one run. You add designs in Easy Mode, where built-in AI writes the listings, or load a spreadsheet, then press Start upload.
Which marketplaces does Merch Titans upload to?
Five: Amazon Merch on Demand, Printify, Printful, Redbubble and TeePublic, and one upload can go to all five at once. MyDesigns is coming soon, and importing your listings from MyDesigns already works.
Does Merch Titans work with MyDesigns?
Yes, for importing. You can bring listings you've built in MyDesigns into Merch Titans with a MyDesigns personal access token, then upload them to the five marketplaces. Sending products to MyDesigns and publishing through it is coming soon.
How much does Merch Titans cost?
Merch Titans is one plan with every feature: $39.99 a month, or $29.99 a month billed annually ($359.91 a year). Plan details are at merchtitans.com/pricing.
Can I cancel or get a refund?
Yes. You can cancel anytime, and every subscription has a 14-day money-back guarantee: ask for a full refund within 14 days of your first purchase at merchtitans.com/contact-us.
How many computers can I use Merch Titans on?
Two per subscription. A computer is activated the first time you press Start upload on it. To switch to a new computer, click Reset Machine License at the bottom of the app's sidebar, then press Start upload on the new one.
Does Merch Titans work on Mac and Windows?
Yes. Merch Titans runs on Windows and macOS. Download the version you need from your dashboard at merchtitans.com/dashboard after you sign in.
How do I update Merch Titans?
Close Merch Titans and open it again. The app loads its latest version every time it opens, so there's nothing to download or reinstall. The bell in the title bar shows what changed.
Does Merch Titans need an internet connection?
Yes. It loads its latest version each time it opens, checks your license when you press Start upload, and uploads to the marketplaces over the internet.
Do I need my own AI or Gemini API key?
No. AI listing writing is built into Merch Titans, so there's no AI or Gemini key to get or enter. Press Write listings with AI in Easy Mode and it fills in titles, descriptions, tags and the Amazon brand and bullets.
Does Merch Titans check my listings for trademarks?
Yes, in Easy Mode, if you choose to. Check trademarks compares your listing text with registered trademarks in the classes you pick and with the app's own list of risky words, and Fix all trademarks rewrites the flagged fields with AI. The check is optional, doesn't block an upload and doesn't run on spreadsheet uploads.
Can I upload from a spreadsheet instead of Easy Mode?
Yes. On Home, press Upload spreadsheet and choose an XLSX file with each design's full file path in column A and the title, description and tags in the next columns. Get the blank template from the same card.
Can I save drafts instead of publishing straight away?
On most marketplaces, yes. Amazon Merch can save as a draft, Printify can create in Printify only or send a draft, and TeePublic can save it for later. Redbubble has no draft but can upload privately, and Printful sends drafts to Etsy stores and publishes straight away on other stores.
Will running an upload again create duplicate listings?
Not if you leave finished listings unticked. Listings that already finished start unticked, and Only unfinished retries just the rest. If you tick a finished listing again, Amazon Merch, Redbubble and TeePublic upload it again, while Printify and Printful skip products they already made. Amazon Merch drafts aren't remembered this way, so untick them yourself when you load the same sheet again.
Do I have to give Merch Titans my marketplace passwords?
No, unless you choose to for Amazon. You sign in to Amazon, Printful, Redbubble and TeePublic yourself in the browser window the app opens, and Printify and Printful connect with a token you paste. Amazon's optional automatic sign-in stores your Amazon password on this computer; it's off by default and the app doesn't recommend it.
Where are my designs, spreadsheets and sign-ins stored?
On your computer. Merch Titans keeps your designs, spreadsheets, settings and marketplace sign-ins there, and saves sign-ins and tokens encrypted.
What does Merch Titans send off my computer?
Your designs and listings go to the marketplaces you upload to. Write listings with AI sends a smaller copy of each design to Google's Gemini AI, and Fix all trademarks uses Gemini too. Check trademarks sends your listing text to the trademark check server. For listings imported from MyDesigns, the app reports finished uploads back to MyDesigns. The app also sends usage and error reports, linked to your account, so we can find and fix problems, with your user folder, emails and tokens removed from error text.
