Sign In to Merch Titans: Log In, Stay Logged In or Log Out

Your Merch Titans account

The app uses the same account as merchtitans.com. If you don't have one:

• Create it at merchtitans.com/register. The page "Create your account" asks for "Full name", "Email address", "Password" and "Confirm password", then shows "Check your email" and sends you a verification link.
• Choose a plan on the pricing page. On the app's login screen, See plans under "New to Merch Titans?" opens the same page.

The app checks your subscription when you start an upload, not when you log in. See License and computers.

The login screen

The screen says "Welcome back" and "Log in to your Merch Titans Automation account." It has:

• Email and Password fields.
• Forgot password?, next to Password.
• Show, which displays your password and changes to Hide.
• Keep me logged in, ticked by default.
• Log in. Pressing Enter works too. While the app waits for an answer, the button reads "Logging in...".

If the app remembers your email from last time, it fills it in and puts the cursor in Password. Capital letters and spaces before or after your email don't matter: the app removes the spaces and lowercases it before it checks.

Login messages

The app checks your entries in this order and shows the first message that applies.

Message	What it means	What to do
"Email cannot be blank"	The Email field is empty.	Type your email.
"Password cannot be blank"	The Password field is empty.	Type your password.
"Please enter a valid email"	What you typed isn't an email address.	Check for typos.
"Invalid Password"	The password is shorter than 6 characters.	Check your password.
"Invalid login details"	The server didn't accept the email and password, for example a wrong password or an email with no account.	Check both, or reset your password.
"We couldn't reach the server. Please check your connection and try again."	The app couldn't connect.	Check your internet connection, then click Log in again.

Keep me logged in

• Ticked: your email and login are saved on this computer, encrypted. The next time you open Merch Titans, it skips the login screen.
• Unticked: nothing is saved, and any login saved on this computer earlier is deleted.

Log out

Click Log Out at the bottom of the sidebar. It logs you out straight away, with no confirmation, and returns you to the login screen with your email filled in.

When your login expires

The app checks your login when you press Start upload. If it has expired, you see "Your login has expired. Please log in again." About 1.5 seconds later the app returns to the login screen, with your email kept. Log in, then press Start upload again.

Forgot your password

1. On the login screen, click Forgot password?. It opens merchtitans.com/forgot-password in your browser.
2. On the "Forgot your password?" page, type your "Email address" and send the form. The page then says "Check your email".
3. Follow the email to set a new password, then log in to the app with it.
